Refusjonspolicy
I have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is a situation where you regret your purchase, and want your money back, or if you want to trade in what you bought with another print.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, so please be careful when you open the packaging, so you will be able to re-use it.
If you wish to return the artwork,you can contact me at jonas@aabelworks.com . If your return is accepted, you must find a transport company as well as pay the return costs yourself and send it to:

Once I have received the product in its original condition, I will issue the refund and you will receive it full. Delivery costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
Trades
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, has obvious poor print quality or you receive the wrong item, so that I can assess the problem and correct it.
If your print has obvious faults, and it is my responsibility,I will immediately send you a replacement with no extra added cost.
Note that colors can appear a little different than what you see on the screen, due to the fact that printers use a different color system than screens, so this will not be regarded as a valid complaint.
In order to get a replacement I need:
1. Your ordernumber
2. Photo of the Damage
- A Clear close-up shots showing the damage to the product. Photo of the Entire Product.
3. A full photo of the entire print for context.
4. Photo of the Package Label
5. A photo of the label with all text and barcodes clearly visible.
6. Photo of the Inside Packaging (Bubblewrap, Cardboard-corners etc.)
7. Photo of the Outside of the Package
Important Notes
Resolution: Ensure all photos are high-resolution and clear.
File Size: Feel free to send photos in full or large size for the best quality.
