Welcome to Aabel Gallery. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using my website or purchasing any products. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to adhere by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from my store. By using my Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Product Information

2.1 Print Formats

I sell limited edition art prints in two formats:

Canvas Prints & Paper Prints

2.2 Limited Edition Guarantee

Each art motif is limited to 300 total prints, regardless of format. This means the combined total of canvas and paper prints based on a single motif will never exceed 300 units. Once the edition limit is reached, the art motifs will be retired from sale.

There is unfortunately no way of proving this to the buying customer, so the buyer will have to rely on the integrity and honetsy of the seller that this policy will be implemented.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Placing Orders

Orders are placed through my secure checkout system. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are listed in your currency and are subject to change without notice. Any promotions or discounts are subject to expiration and availability.

3.3 Payment Methods

I accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping

I ship domestically and internationally where applicable. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and applicable taxes or customs duties will be shown at checkout.

4.2 Delays

I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the limited edition nature of my products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and I will do my best to resolve the situation.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and designs on my Site are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a print does not transfer any rights to reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

I  am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use my products or Site. My maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of my Site is also governed by my Privacy Policy which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Modifications to the Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
